Verbena Homestead 'Purple' is a tried and true variety for the garden and in fact was found and named by UGA Professor's Dr. Alan Armitage and Dr. Michael Dirr. Bright purple flowers are abundant in the spring and then again in the fall over deep green trailing foliage. Deer resistant and drought tolerant once established. Attracts pollinator bees and butterflies. Native to the US.
