Colocasia 'Madeira Star' from breeder Brian Williams is a stunning selection with dark matte black heart shaped foliage with a pink to hot pink center mid-rib and veins that is brighter when placed in full sun. 'Madeira Star' has leaves that can emerge emerald-green with a muted pink palate especially if grown in partial sun. Colocasia are great at creating a tropical feel in the garden or pool side as well as adding movement, texture and bold leaves to the garden.
