Echinacea

‘Panama™ Red’
Echinacea 'Panama™ Red' is the first URC grown Echinacea on the market. From breeder/supplier Danziger, 'Panama™ Red' has a long bloom time from summer to fall and has a deep red flower. Echinacea is a native plant that is known for its medicinal purposes but is also fantastic in all kinds of gardens; rock gardens, prairie gardens and cottage gardens as well as containers in the full sun. Coneflowers have a long bloom period and the large dried seed heads are a great food source for finches and other birds in the late summer and fall. A great attractor of butterflies, hummingbirds and pollinator bees. Makes good cut flowers.
